These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MELU regarding your use of the MELU media player application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use MELU on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Content and Media Files

4.1 Your Content

MELU allows you to play media files stored on your device or streamed from external sources. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, use, and play any content through the App.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will only use content that you own or have proper authorization to use
• You will comply with all applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws
• MELU is not responsible for the content you choose to play through the App
• We do not monitor, control, or endorse the content accessed through the App

5. Network Streaming

MELU supports streaming from various network sources. When using streaming features:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access streaming sources
• Network streaming performance depends on your internet connection and external services
• We do not guarantee the availability or quality of third-party streaming sources
• You must comply with the terms of service of any external streaming platforms

6. Privacy and Data

7. App Performance and Availability

7.1 Performance

While we strive to provide a high-quality experience, we do not guarantee that MELU will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. App performance may vary based on your device specifications and capabilities.

7.2 Updates and Modifications

We may update MELU from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. You agree to accept such updates, which may be automatically installed on your device.

8. Intellectual Property

MELU and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Warranty Disclaimer

MELU is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of MELU.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use MELU responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You will not:

• Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Engage in any activity that interferes with other users' enjoyment of the App

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to MELU at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the App from all your devices.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MELU shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with established arbitration rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or our website. Your continued use of MELU after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MELU regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
